Dr. Justin Kelby Hutcheson is the founder of Carolina Physicians and Rehab, LLC and practices as an interventional pain management physician. He is board certified in both anesthesiology and pain medicine by the American Board of Anesthesiology, and he has been in practice for over 10 years.

Dr. Hutcheson received most of his medical training in the region, attending medical school at the Medical University of South Carolina, where he graduated in 2001 and completed his residency, and earned a fellowship at Emory University in Atlanta.

As a pain management specialist, Dr. Hutcheson helps patients minimize and control their chronic pain and return to full function while making every effort to limit or eliminate potential side effects. He treats each patient as an individual, customizing a treatment plan designed specifically to address their unique needs.

Renju T. Joseph, MD is a physiatrist. He is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and is a Fellow with the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He is also a board-certified diplomate with the American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine and is a Fellow with the American Association of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine.

Dr. Joseph has been practicing medicine for 18 years.

After earning his medical degree from the Ross University School of Medicine in Portsmouth, Dominica in 2000, Dr. Joseph went on to complete his residency at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in Ohio.

My passion for caring and positively influencing people led me to choose a career in the medical field, specifically medical assisting. I believe that compassion is key and treating each person with respect and dignity will allow me to give the best possible service I can. I have dedicated the last 10 years to offering exceptional care with experience in acute, urgent and chronic care. I look forward to helping you achieve your medical goals!
